In 1986, EL Cayouette Florist opened in the city of Saint-Félicien. Using its loyal and growing clientele, trade increases in 1998 by opening another shop which will be called The House of Blueberry and is now the main center of commerce. As the result of an expansion that will total 23 years of success, the chocolate was born in 2001 in the new premises of the House of Cornflower located at 1006 Boul. Sacred Heart in Saint-Félicien. With a mission to produce innovative products for regional flavor, the chocolate will stand out by offering a variety of products made with organic wild blueberries.
