William Peak Co-operative Homes Inc. opened it's doors in August, 1991. We are a housing complex made up of apartments and townhouses. We provide affordable housing in the Whites Road and Finch Avenue area of Pickering Ontario We have family townhouses and a seniors apartment building. In our seniors building there are 25 one bedroom apartments and 20 two bedroom apartments. We have 20 two bedroom townhouses, 79 three bedroom townhouses and 4 four bedroom townhouses. We offer 'market units' where the member pays the full market price and 'subsidized units' where the member pays only a portion of the full market price.
