Welcome to EnergyEstablished in 1997, Energy Martial Arts Academy is a full time traditional Martial Arts Academy in the greater Toronto Scarborough and Pickering Durham area. The Academy's comprehensive class schedule is designed to accommodate even the busiest of life styles. The Academy's unique non-competitive Martial Arts programs encourage each student to learn at their own pace within a safe and positive environment. All programs stress a non-violent approach to problem solving, along with powerful and practical methods of self-defense for unavoidable confrontations. Dear Varpet,I wanted to let you know that James has been having a lot of fun in class. At home we have seen a big change. He now listens to both of us, and the number of time outs is almost a forgotten artifact. It has only been 6 months since James started martial arts, so we are looking forward to see his further transformation. Almost forgot! His teacher has had nothing but praise for him.
