Samantha works closely with her clients to help improve their health and wellness via food, nutrition, and patient education. She pays close attention to patients' psychological well-being and has a strong focus on maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Samantha believes in making lifestyle changes that are permanent. Through her sessions, she will give you the tools to make changes that are manageable and sustainable. She works with individuals and groups on: eating disorders, pre- & post-natal nutrition, toddler nutrition & picky eaters, cardiac, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, weight management and general healthy eating.
