Dr. Steve Samuel completed his pre-medical and medical education at the University of Toronto. He spent time doing research at the Dept. of Surgery, University of Toronto and then completed his residency training in Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto receiving his specialty certification and becoming a Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada .
