Garick has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and has guided many clients to become fit and healthy through his own devotion to exercise and training. Phases Executive Fitness Studio offers several multi-disciplinary health services including: registered massage therapy, physiotherapy/rehab, chiropractic and osteopathic therapies, naturopathic medicine, spa esthetics and various other holistic wellness practices.Our vision is to create a personal fitness and training environment second to none. We decided that Phases was a name that encompassed the movement from phase to phase, towards achieving optimal health and well being. Each program is designed as a phase of a client's progression, tailored to their own individual needs. Through a series of fitness and complementary approaches, Phases would then personalize programs designed to empower each client in attaining their own unique goals.Why a private training studio?
