Joseph Lopresti

LoPresti Law founder:Joseph LoPresti, B.A., LL.B.After earning a B.A. in history from the University of Toronto, St. Michael's College, Joseph LoPresti studied at Osgoode Hall Law School. He was the recipient of the 2003 Women's Law Association of Ontario Prize in Estate Planning, awarded to the member of the graduating class who obtains the highest standing in that subject.Joseph received his LL.B. and was called to the bar in Ontario in 2004. He articled at Fitzsimmons & Company, a boutique tax litigation firm in Toronto. He subsequently became an associate at the firm, and then its Vice President. In 2009, Joseph started LoPresti Law, with a focus on tax litigation and related matters.When the CRA is involved, taxpayers need a passionate advocate to advance their cases.Joseph LoPresti is a volunteer with ProBono Law Ontario and is a member of the Advocates' Society.
