Foremost Financial Corporation (Foremost) is a boutique first-mortgage lender, providing loans of up to $10 million for projects in Greater Toronto and surrounding areas, bounded by Kitchener-Waterloo to Bowmanville, and north to Barrie. We specialize in infill-construction financing for residential, commercial or industrial projects, and we also provide term loans for commercial or industrial income-producing properties. We finance these mortgages by pooling them into a diversified fund that is offered to Accredited Investors, through the Foremost Mortgage Trust.
