Simply Sweet

My first memories of baking are making cookies on a Saturday night so that my Dad would have freshly baked cookies when he got home from working an extra shift on the weekend. I definitely got my bve of baking from my mom who was a great baker and loved trying new recipes. Of course, we were the perfect guinea pigs as my family definitely has a sweet tooth. I started decorating cakes when I was just a teenager and my first job was at an ice cream shop and they taught us how to decorate the ice cream cakes and I bved it. I unfortunately wasn't smart enough yet to realize it was my calling and went off to study business at university but upon graduating ended up once again with a job in the food industry, this time making gourmet cookies.
