My wife Sue and myself have made great friends over the nineteen years that we have owned and operated the restaurant.I've been working in different capacities in restaurants since 1973, owning the Comparsita Restaurant in Waterloo from 1976 to 1984.Our children Kathy, Steve and Alex have all worked (and continue to work) with us.
