About Us Pro-Con Construction Limited is a family owned and operated general contracting company incorporated in April 1997 specializing in commercial, industrial and residential renovations. Since that time, Pro-Con has steadily expanded as our clients' portfolios have expanded.We are a mid-sized company yet we have not forgotten our roots and continue to personally serve our clients as we did in the beginning. Pro-Con has built our business on our ability to complete projects on time, on budget and with adherence to the highest standards of the Ontario Building Code.
