We believe in an integrative approach to pain management which is why all our practitioners have training in Myofascial Release as trademarked by John Barnes. Treatments include Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Movement Therapy. We have also incorporated Movement Therapies: Explore Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi with instructors who understand fascial patterns of restriction.
