Karl is co-founder & Principal of KCB, a management consulting firm based in Mississauga, Ontario. Karl has 29 years of consulting experience including 10 years with Deloitte focused on the design & implementation of solutions that deliver hard dollar savings and benefits to clients across multiple industry sectors. Karl spent 13 years with Alexander Proudfoot at the senior project management level, where he also led the Analysis function for the firm. He also spent two years living and working in Japan to help develop and build Proudfoot's consulting practice for the Asian market. Karl has significant international consulting experience having worked in England, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong/China, and the US. His areas of expertise include: Operations Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Re-engineering and Performance Management, Due diligence, ERP Evaluation and Selections, Project Management, Change Management, Strategy Development & Deployment, Market Analysis.
