Offering a variety of small group classes to suit the littlest of beginners through to advanced swimmers, adults and private classes. Our unique program is taught inside this heated, state of the art Fitness center pool with a water temperature of 85-86 degrees and air temperature at 87 degrees. This facility features on deck showers and on deck changing. Plus, you will work with the areas best instructors. Located at 4561 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L4Z 3X3 directly inside LA Fitness.
