With Weekly Meal Prep Service, I will come to your home for approx 3.5-5 hours and cook , clean up and stock your fridge with a weeks worth of healthy pre-made meals for you to reheat. We do not have set packages or limited menus like other meal prep or delivery services. You can choose your menu or I can help with that as well. Each family decides how many portions they need and are welcome to change that amount as needed weekly. You can create menus to fit specific needs or preferences. Are you diabetic? No problem. Need low sodium, fat, sugar or carbs? No problem, Food Allergies? Vegetarian? Busy Mom/Family? Just don't have time to cook? No problem. I can help create menus based on all your personal tastes and needs. You'll love the ease and enjoy eating healthy delicious foods again!
