Edgecon Contracting functions as a general contracting, construction management, and a project management resource for the development industry across Canada. Edgecon takes responsibility for all aspects of the construction process. Furthermore, Edgecon has functioned as a Risk Manager for projects in the capacity of Advisory Construction Specialists. Edgecon personnel have been involved in cases involving construction scheduling, cost estimating and damage quantification, with particular emphasis on cost, productivity and construction management practices both on an advisory role and as construction manager to complete the project.
