Incorporated in 1985 and family owned and operated. R. Russell Construction is a civil construction company specializing in sewer, watermain, site preparation, road and parking lot construction. Our project management team has been involved with a wide range of municipal and institutional projects throughout Southwestern Ontario. We also have decades of experience working with general and design build contractors on Industrial and commercial projects from start to finish.
