Progression Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Competing is not for everyone in Jiu-jitsu and some may never do it and that’s ok. For me I believe it is a way to step in to the moment, and feel alive outside of the stress, and anxiety of every day life. No time to think of what is going on, just my opponent and the time he has put in to his training, developing his skill, and also what I bring as well. No worrying or stress, just the action, no matter the outcome, win or lose, you become a better you when it’s over.
