Here at Treetop Designs we are party addicts. We throw "pinterest" worthy parties that leave your guests gushing over the fine details that is placed in every party ordered. We are very flexible and our services range from complete party planning packages, to custom cakes and cupcakes, to hand-made banners, to perfect flower arrangements. We delivery to any location in the Waterloo Region and last minute orders are always welcome :) My mission is quite simply: To have a fun, over-the-TOP, stress free, affordable party.
