Brad Lund, an accountant by day, believes he has found a winning formula for hockey success.If a team stays out of the box - while factoring in some timely goals and disciplined defensive play, multiplied by a steady hand in net - it more than likely should equate to a victory on the ice.'we've been a very disciplined team this year, especially when it comes to committing penalties,' said the head coach of the Kitchener Dutchmen, which last week advanced to the second round of the GOJHL Midwestern Conference playoffs for the first time since 2009.'I think if you look at the numbers, our penalty minutes have dropped every year since I became the head coach and that has always been a philosophy of mine: An undisciplined team isn't going to be successful.'The Dutchmen have done an efficient job in balancing the ledger in 2012-13 after bleeding red ink - power-play opportunities - against their opponents the last two seasons.
