Daniel Foch is a talented real estate development advisor with a passion for uncovering the role of suburban secondary plans within the context of the Greater Toronto Area. As such, Daniel specializes in the procurement and assembly of secondary-planned sites in the GTA, and works closely with the team to maximize the value of these properties for clients through site plan approval. Because many of these properties are residential in nature, but commercial in tenure, Daniel benefits from the combined experience of his parents, Gary and Kathy Foch, who have 30+ years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, respectively. Daniel also works intimately on structuring of development joint-ventures in the debt and equity capital markets with Avina Capital, a debt financing group headquartered in Toronto. Daniel's role at Avina has allowed him to create an immense network of developers and investors who are seeking opportunistic investments in the GTA.
