BMA Management Consulting Inc. provides a full range of consulting services, focusing largely in the municipal sector. This includes the development of financial policies such as development charges, water/sewer rates, property tax rates and user fees. In addition, BMA undertake operational reviews, business process re-engineering studies and develop strategic and business plans on behalf of municipalities. BMA provides a full tax registration and sales service for municipalities with on-line database capabilities. BMA also undertake an annual municipal comparative satudy which currently includes approximately 70 Ontario municipalities, representing over 80% of the Ontario population.
