At GFMA our instructors look forward to passing knowledge on to our students. Our belief is that being a well-rounded martial artist is very important; our school incorporates aspects of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu. Through martial arts training at GFMA you will strengthen your mind, body and spirit. We encourage anyone interested in our programs to come visit the school or watch a class. We believe striving for perfection in all aspects is essential, that even though perfection is not possible, if we chase perfection we can catch greatness. We aim to build champions in life, to have students that succeed on and off the mat; we aim to develop students that are self-motivated and self-regulated and that demand excellence from themselves and most importantly those around them. We emphasis discipline, more specifically self-discipline as we need to make the correct decision even if it is not easy to do. Training by a multiple time world champion instructor.
