Each creation is carefully prepared with the best ingredients to provide a real, down to earth, unpretentious dining experience.Balzacs microroast the finest selection of Arabica coffee beans from around the world. Each varietal is carefully roasted and blended to preserve and enhance its uniquely inherent qualities. We strive to create a superb and complex taste experience. Balzacs beans are roasted exclusively with 12kilo microroasters. We employ no automated or contiuous feed technology. This roasting style and philosophy reflects the rising 'slow food movement', and we believe it has a strongly discernable effect on the ing taste of our coffee.© 2012|The Bistr
