Extreme Heating and Cooling was founded in Beavercreek, Ohio in 2004. Chris and Alicia Elam opened the second location in Indiana in 2007. In 2013 Extreme Heating and Cooling II was chosen to be the Trane Factory Authorized Dealer in Hamilton County. They proudly received the Angie's List Super Service Award for 2010, and 2011. Because of their superior customer service, they were recognized as one of the top 75 HVAC contractors in America by American Home Shield for 2010. We are recognized by the better business bureau as A+ accredited business.
