Richview Residence, owned and operated by the Richview Baptist Foundation, provides high quality affordable housing and related services that enrich and vitalize the lives of seniors, their families and our community as a whole. Richview is located in the western portion of the City of Toronto (formerly Central Etobicoke) and benefits from its proximity to all essential services and amenities.Richview Residence is comprised of two apartment buildings, the 'Kipling and Clement Buildings' designed especially for older, independent-living adults. Both buildings are linked together and located within a mature and desirable neighbourhood. Surrounded by quiet residential streets, parks and schools, Richview offers a unique combination of serenity and activity. Other features of the facility include an on-site beauty salon, video surveillance security, laundry room and parking facilities.
