CNC Macining is our specialty. Pleasant Mfg. is a CUSTOM PRODUCTION MACHINE SHOP with more than 30 years of experience in the turned parts business. Our facilities include multi-axis Automatic CNC lathes, single spindle Brown and Sharpe screw machines, Hydromat rotary transfer machines and a large selection of secondary equipment, both CNC and conventional. We have more than 50 machines available for production. We manufacture parts from many types of materials including Stainless Steel, Steel, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Aluminum, Plastics, Nickel alloys, Tool Steels, Speciaty Alloys, etc. We are an ISO 9001:2000 registered company.
