Christine Preisenhammer - Yoga Instructor

Christine is a certified Yoga Teacher and member of the Yoga Alliance (RYT) and Can-Fit-Pro Trainer . She has had the pleasure to study with great teachers like Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee and Hart Lazer among others. Her classes are taught in a Vinyasa style that allows for fluidity of movement through creative sequencing, at the same time incorporating alignment principles. Christine came to yoga from the fitness world and is an avid runner and therefore no stranger to the challenges faced by athletes both in body and mind. She encourages her students to embrace challenges and move to the next level while honoring their bodies and their limitations.
