Dr. Carmine Simone is a thoracic surgeon at Toronto East General Hospital, which is located in East York, 20 minutes east of downtown Toronto. He is also has courtesy staff privileges at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Odette Cancer Centre, Toronto, Ontario North York General Hospital, Toronto, Ontario and Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ontario. He specializes in all diseases of the chest but has particular interest in thymoma and other mediastinal tumours, chest wall tumours, lung cancer, esophageal cancer and metastatic cancers to the lung (such as colon cancer and breast cancer).
