This Designation Means I Have Met The Testing And Standards Of The Qualatex Balloon Network. I Have Attended Worldwide Conventions And Attended Many Courses To Keep Myself Up-To-Date On The Newest Products And Techniques. I Enjoy The Look Of Excitement On The Faces Of The People Receiving My Balloon Creations.... Or Hearing People Say "Wow! This Place Looks Great" When I Decorate A Party Or A Wedding Reception.
