The fine dining restaurant's three dining rooms have historic décor, with table linens, fireplaces, high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. A charming bar features Ontario micro brews as well as a vast Scotch collection. The Red Seal certified chefs specialize in Italian and European cuisine using many local farmer's products and the inn has an impressive 300 selection wine cellar managed by an accredited Sommelier.
