The Yoga Centre of Burlington was established in January of 1999 to provide the community with a place where the classic traditions of yoga practice and philosophy could be taught in a comprehensive and accessible way. We are committed to the highest standards of teaching, remaining true to the eight limbs of yoga. Our purpose is to provide a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere for students and to provide in-depth training for yoga teachers.
