High Impact Hoops

High Impact Hoops Skills Academy is the premier youth basketball training program. We provide year long training in the form of 1on1, semi private and small group sessions. Additionally our services extend to teams and clubs for our team training sessions. Our focus is on accountability and excellence. This is done through holding our athletes to HIH standards and ensuring their skillsets are universal - so they can be useful on a variety of teams and in multiple scenarios. Character development is embedded into our basketball curriculum. HIH Intensity workouts coupled with our extensive mentoring program, helps players reach their full potential and grow as young leaders. It's not easy, but it's for sure worth it. #Prepare2Persevere
