GKA Personal Training Studio

At GKA we have long-term loyal clients because we build a sense of community in the studio. Fitness becomes a lifestyle for our clients. You will get to know other GKA clients and our trainers personally and build a sense of family and friends when you come to the gym for your appointments. You can also work out on your own to supplement your personal training sessions. You will be welcome and appreciated at GKA. We have a spacious facility fully equipped with all the fitness equipment required to support your work out such as stationary bikes, elliptical and treadmill machines for warm up and cardio training session workouts plus free weights, balls, mats, machines and shower facilities. GKA offers a welcoming environment that is newly renovated with plenty of free parking and centrally located in Brampton. You will love to come and work out!
