Rebel Soul Tattoos is a full-service, health board inspected custom and flash tattoo shop in Bowmanville, Ontario. Solely owned and operated by John Black, Rebel Soul Tattoos is ready to meet your needs, no matter how large or small. The shop offers a friendly atmosphere in a sterile, clinical environment for the proper and clean application of your tattoo work. Consultation is free, and John is here to help you in the creation of your custom tattoo design from drawing to application. The shop minimum is $80, and the hourly rate is $120. We do not give estimates over the phone because tattoos are as varied and unique as the people who get them. The shop uses 100 per cent disposable, pre-sterilized, one-time use needles and tubes, as well as barrier protection in a latex-free environment. We're here to inform and answer any questions you may have regarding the safe application of your tattoo. We are located at 19 Scugog Street (just north of King Street) in downtown Bowmanville,ON.
