Blue Paddle Consulting maintains a strong commitment to staff knowledge and professional development, ensuring that all staff members are registered with the Ontario College of Teachers (or equivalent) possessing expertise in an area of special education and/or possessing expertise in a field that directly supports compliance of the AODA (e.g. UEB transcriptionist, Orientation and Mobility Specialist).
