Vault Mental Health (VMH) offers counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families and communities of all ages. No matter how you’re feeling, we work with you to create a clear path to overcome problematic behaviours, thoughts, feelings, and relationship challenges. To support you on this journey, we utilize various techniques and provide a safe space that allows for healing, growth, and a healthier and happier you. In person services are currently available in Barrie, Whitby & Toronto Beaches. As well as, virtual & phone services for all of Ontario.
