Active Osteopathy

At Active Osteopathy, we are Manual Osteopaths (DOMP) who use manipulative therapy to fix misalignment in the body. Improved alignment helps alleviate dysfunction and pain and through techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, muscle energy therapy, strain-counterstain and joint mobility, we strive to provide increased range of motion, decreased muscle restriction and overall body balancing.
