The Needle Gnome was born in 1992, a retail store located in Acton, Ontario, Canada. What began as a small store catering mainly to cross-stitch enthusiasts, has now grown into a very large store, catering to lovers of all needlework techniques. Specifically, we provide supplies for the following hobbies: Counted Cross-Stitch Needlepoint and Petitpoint Knitting and Crochet Other Embroideries, such as: Crewel Hardanger Blackwork Goldwork Silk Ribbon Brazilian Stumpwork Drawn and Pulled Threadwork Punch Needle Needle Felting Beadwork Candlewicking.
