Appraisal Associates was one of the first personal property appraisal firms in Canada to adopt North American valuation standards, pioneering a new approach to the appraisal of art and antiques. Continuing in its leading-edge role in the valuation community, Appraisal Associates is now able to accomodate International Valuation Standards (IVS) as well as the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
