East Coast Aikido

Aikido is a traditional Martial Art, not a sport. Training is non-competitive with no tournaments or sparring. Aikido offers effective self defence skills and forms the basis for police defensive tactics. Classes are conducted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere with an emphasis on self confidence and respect. The instructor is an internationally recognized 6th Degree Black Belt.
