EmployAbility Partnership

EmployAbility Partnership is a not-for-profit, community-based organization providing employment programs and services for people facing employment barriers in Industrial Cape Breton and Victoria County. We offer centralized services that include the Intake/Referral process, the Return-to-Work Action Plan process, Opportunity Fund, Employability Workshops, Job Development, Career counseling and Assistive Technology assessment, training and planning. The focus of EmployAbility Partnership is employability, not disability.
