We help job seekers and employers navigate a range of programs - from career planning, job searches and on-the-job development to recruitment, planning and HR support. As a Nova Scotia Works Employment Centre, we provide better access to high-quality, inclusive services for employers and job seekers. Our services and supports are delivered by qualified career practitioners and counsellors, and include career counselling, job search services and resources, job coaching, job development, employment workshops and employer engagement.
