Tracy's Treats is a home based business specializing in Rocca! Rocca is a highly addictive delicious toffee and chocolate confection that will melt your heart. I love to create beautiful celebration cakes for birthdays, showers, and special events. As well I make scrumptious bakery treats for tea time and for larger groups. Tracy's Treats is a true labor of love because my life's passion is spending time creating delicious Treats in my kitchen. For many years I have made Rocca (pronounced Row Caw) at Christmas for my friends and family. The mere mention of Rocca would fill everyone with anticipation of what was coming....the best treat ever! After years of watching my adventures in the kitchen, my sister encouraged me to share my passion and treats with you. Tracy's Treats was born and I have not looked back.
