Attune Counselling Therapy offers caring, creative, and confidential counselling therapy services to people of all genders and affectional/s?xual orientations. Our therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual's needs and provides alternatives to mainstream counselling services. ? Areas of clinical specialization and interest include: anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, emotional regulation (anger management), healthy relationships, substance and behaviour use, and intimate partner abuse and violence. ? We work with adults (18+) in individual and couples sessions. In-person and video appointments are available. The office is located in downtown Dartmouth, a short distance from the Alderney ferry and bus terminal. Free on-street parking is located nearby.
