Mona works as a private social work clinician, and has maintained an independent Counselling Practice for 23 years. She is a registered Professional with the NLASW. The purpose of her work is to help facilitate your Best Self by tapping into calm, loving kindness, and developing personal mastery, which for some involves recovering from life's negative experiences. Her 2nd floor office is located in the Elizabeth Business Center where you will find public parking at the back of the building. Mona's office has a waiting area and session-room. Both spaces are warm, private and personal. Sessions are by appointment only. Mona's primary academic specialization is Addictions. Of particular interest in recent years, are the related areas of anxiety, post traumatic stress, depression, and trauma related experiences.
