GEMTEC is founded on solid technical expertise, and the experience of our specialists. We have made significant contributions to engineering works throughout the Maritime Provinces, and we're often called upon to provide solutions for challenging and complicated engineering projects. GEMTEC has always used the latest innovations in technology; in fact, we were the first New Brunswick company in Atlantic Canada to use a pile driving analyzer (PDA), a piezocone, and a seismic cone. Our customized laboratory software was developed in-house and is unique to the engineering field. We also use industry-leading finite difference and finite element software programs, such as Visual MODFLOW and GeoStudios, which can be used for groundwater modeling, stress and deformation analysis, and slope stability analysis.
