Practitioner in Holistic Medicine. I take care of the whole person (body, mind, spirit) and I offer a personnalized help. I work with people in one-to-one or group sessions to improve: stress/anxiety/exhaustion management, pregnancy (preparation), children's wellbeing (learning, behaviour...), wellbeing in daily life and to strengthen self-confidence. I also offer energy healing to people to unblock the body and mind. I am member of a Alternative Medicine Federation (FMA), Canadian Association of Sophrology, Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada (ACNN) and International RMTI consultant.
