St. Vital Centre

St. Vital Centre was constructed in 1979 and completely renovated and expanded in 1998. The shopping centre is owned by the Ontario Pension Board and managed by 20 VIC Management Inc. St. Vital Centre is anchored by Sears, The Bay, Wal-Mart, London Drugs, SilverCity, Chapters and SportChek and has a Gross Leasable Area of 926,310 square feet (including the freestanding Safeway store, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Montana's, McDonalds, Old Navy, and Earl's).
