You are welcome to suggestions for additions or improvements for this site.Seniors and Elders Month 2014The Seniors' and Elders' Day Community Planning Committee is very excited to announce that Seniors' and Elders' Day 2014 will take place on Tuesday September 30th 2014, at the RBC Winnipeg Convention Centre, 375 York (Main Floor), celebrating the energy, vitality, and strength of seniors in Manitoba!The Seniors Resource Network supports Age Friendly Manitoba led by the Seniors & Healthy Aging Secretariat . The Centre on Aging at the University of Manitoba is conducting the Age-Friendly Communities Research Alliance . This project supports seniors in leading active, socially engaged, independent lives that contribute to healthy aging.
